A California biotech company became the first to receive US government approval to license a trio of promising Cuban drugs despite restrictions limiting travel and flow of cash. The drugs will be available in 2008 and said to combat drug tumors. The Cuban government has invested 1 billion dollards in building up an advanced biotec industry. Hepatitis B , Meningitis vaccines has been a source of pride.
